Kaleidoscope Yoga & Wellness is more than just yoga. Traditional talk therapy addresses the mind, while traditional yoga often focuses on the physical. This hybrid practice bridges that gap. By combining trauma-informed yoga with holistic mental health coaching, we work to regulate your nervous system and process stress where it lives: in the body.

Unlike a standard gym class, these sessions are entirely client-led and choice-based. We use invitational language and gentle movement to help you reconnect with your body at your own pace.

Our accessible class packages offer the flexibility to join our in-person private and group yoga classes whenever your body and mind feel ready to move. We exclusively offer in-person instruction and do not provide online classes, ensuring a safe and grounded physical experience for every practitioner.
