Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Rachel Wintenburg Cheng, and I am passionate about creating empowering and dignifying spaces for all people. I am an asset-based community development practitioner, and have spent my entire career coming alongside community members who seek change and good for themselves and their communities.

 

As a survivor of trauma and abuse, I understand deeply how our stories of harm live in our bodies. And approaches to healing must be embodied and holistic. This is why I believe that yoga can be a conduit for healing.

 

I combine yoga with trauma-informed coaching so that your mind, body, and nervous system work in unison towards calm and freedom. Each session can be tailored to meet your needs and comfort.
