I am an asset-based community development practitioner, and have spent my entire career coming alongside community members who seek change and good for themselves and their communities.

As a survivor of trauma and abuse, I understand deeply how our stories of harm live in our bodies. And approaches to healing must be embodied and holistic. This is why I believe that yoga can be a conduit for healing.
