This program is best for those concurrently working through complex trauma with a therapist, navigating major life transitions, or wanting to master long-term somatic self-regulation.

Each week build upon self-identified goals for emotional safety and wholistic wellbeing
A guided yoga practice designed to support your physical goals. Levels adapted for each person's experience and preferences. Reflective prompts woven into movement to tap into the body-mind connection.
Captures emotional, mental, and spiritual insights that arise during the yoga practice. Bridges the gap between the work done on the mat and the world outside of the yoga studio.

12 consecutive 75-minute sessions.
Yoga mat, blocks, and bolsters are provided. Bring your own water. You will also receive your own physical grounding journal that you will receive at the beginning of session one.
$1,380 (Paid upfront, or split into three monthly payments of $460).
This comes out to $115 per session.
Integrative support:
3 x Custom 5-Minute Audio Somatic Grounding Tracks to use at home during moments of intense stress. Ongoing email support directly with me between sessions for processing emotional breakthroughs and tracking integration.
